Circulation Services<br />

1. Hacettepe University academic / administrative staff and students  can utilize the borrowing services once they are registered with the library as members.<br />

2. To Utilize the borrowing services, users should apply either with their institutional IDs or with another ID described as equivalent.<br />

3. Reference resources, periodicals, theses and reserve materials cannot be borrowed. These materials can only used within the premises of the library.<br />

4. The academic staff can barrow up to 15 books at a time for a loan period of one month. Providing the required conditions, 15 books can be borrowed on a single term basis.<br />

5. The administrative staff may borrow 10 books at a time for a loan period of 
30 days.<br />

6. Students may borrow 10 books at a time for a loan period of 30 days.<br />

7. The above loan periods of books may be extended twice , provided that there is no recall by another reader.<br />
